Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will be processed and shipped the same business day whenever possible.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

We currently ship exclusively via USPS Priority Mail.

Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days after shipment, depending on destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and begin once your package leaves our facility.

Discreet Shipping

Your privacy matters to us.

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product details or sensitive information visible on the outside. The return address is discreet, so your order arrives quietly and confidently.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information so you can follow your package along its journey.

While we ship promptly and on time, please note:
Once your package is in USPS’s hands, delivery timing is up to them.
We don’t work for USPS (even though we wish we could make packages move faster!), and we’re unable to control delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our facility.
