Have your partner sit down with their legs bent and feet pointed towards each other. Follow this by facing your partner and doing the same thing. Once situated, you can wrap your arms around your partner to help with momentum as you bounce.

Bonus Tips

  • Before beginning this pose make sure you light the Ignite Massage Candle.
  • Always use caution when an open flame is involved.
  • Once there is a nice pool of oil, blow out out the candle and slowly pour the oil down your partner’s back, using one hand to massage. Your partner can then do the same as you each take turns rocking your hips.
