Have your partner lay down with their legs spread and knees slightly bent, putting their arms behind for support. Then face towards them and straddle their lap. Once you sit down, place your arms behind you for support and bring your legs up onto your partners shoulders. (Your left leg to their right shoulder and your right leg to their left shoulder). 

Bonus Tips

  • Focus on connection, making sure to gaze into each others eyes.
  • This one can be a little tough to get right so start slow making sure to get your balance right before you start to pickup speed.
