Start by facing each other a couple steps apart. Bring one leg up as high as u can and rest it on the bed or chair(something close by). Your partner can then bend down to put their shoulder up under your leg and stand back up. Follow this by wrapping your arms around your partner’s neck and slowly rocking back & forth. Your partner can also hold your hips to bring you closer and help with momentum.
