Tell your partner to kneel down. Once they are settled, lay down on your back with your feet facing them. Then lift your legs onto their chest and scoot your butt forward to align with their pelvis. From here you can lift your butt up using your partner’s chest for support. They can then grab the top of your thighs to pull you in closer.

Bonus Tips

  • For an added sensation, grind your hips in circles while your partner stays still.
