This position is not for beginners! You must have balance and coordination for this week's position!
Start by lying flat on your back on a bed or another soft, comfortable surface like a blanket. Then have your partner kneel in front and grasp your ankles with their hands. Slowly have your partner lift your lower body up, while you keep your upper body lying flat.
Make sure they bring your legs up high enough so they can enter while still in an upright kneeling position, see image.
Once they lift you up high enough you can place your hands on their legs to steady you.
This position creates some great friction as well as gives both partners a pleasing view that they normally don't get to see. Not to mention it's a great work out!
