Have your partner lie on their back and straddle them facing their feet. Once you get situated, sit up straight with your hands on their hips, and slowly grind. Then, once you have the ideal angle, you can speed up, letting loose as you vary the depth of penetration. Next, try leaning back, steadying yourself with your hands until your back presses against your partners chest. Then come back up again, and repeat!
