Have your partner lie back with their legs slightly spread, using a pillow to prop up their head and shoulders. As you're facing the same direction lower yourself onto your partner. Put your feet between theirs and place your hands on their hip bones. Once positioned, slowly rock back & forth using your hands and feet to steady yourself. Enjoy!
