When joining the VIP Club you will have the opportunity to help us serve you better by filling out a customer profile. This information will be used only to help us improve your experience with Kama Sutra. We do not share information with outside companies or third parties. Security
For security reasons, you will be logged out of your VIP account automatically after 30 minutes of no activity on the website. You will need to re-enter your e-mail address and password to access your personal information.

Restrictions
To join the VIP Club, you must have a valid e-mail address. VIP Members must be 18 years or older. VIP specials and promotions are currently only available to U.S. customers.

Managing your VIP Account
You can manage your personal information such as e-mail address, password, billing & shipping information at any time. Click 'VIP Login' at the top of any page on the website and enter your user name (e-mail address) and password to access your account. For added security, you will be logged out of your account automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity on the website.

Please note: For security, if you change your password or e-mail address, your saved credit card information will be deleted automatically.

Account/User Name
Your account or user name is your e-mail address.

Forgot Your Password
If you have forgotten the password to your personal VIP Account, simply enter your user name (e-mail address) and click 'Forgot Password' and we'll e-mail you a temporary password to the e-mail address on your account. This temporary password is active for a one-time use. When you log in to your account, make sure to reset your password.
